5) Employees

Next up on our onboarding list is setting up your employees!

There are a number of customizations you can set up for each employee. We’ll just run through the basics to get you up and running.

Head over to the “Employees” option on the left side menu.

Add Employees #

Press the “New Employee” button to add a new employee. You’ll then be shown a form with three main sections: Basic Information, Login Information, and Permissions.

Basic Information #

First you’ll want to fill out basic employee information, including their name, contact information, etc.

Login Information #

Next, you can configure your employee’s login information by scrolling down to the section below. Here you’ll want to make sure that you set up their username and password.

Permissions #

Lastly, configure your custom permissions for each employee. You can do this in one of two different ways:

1) Use one of the two employee permissions templates (Manager or Clerk)

2) Customize your employee’s permission settings by checking the boxes you would like them to have access to.
