Introduction #
Welcome to LyncPOS!
As a first step, you’ll want to get more familiar with your account and make sure your personal and company information is up to date and entered correctly.
You can access your account through the drop-down menu located in the upper right-hand corner of the LyncPOS platform:
Profile #
Your profile is where you can view and edit your personal and company details. Please note: this is also where you can go to reset your login password, as needed.
Subscription #
The Subscription tab is where you can find and manage all your subscription plan details
Free Trial
New customers will automatically enroll in a 30-day free trial. Trial start and end dates are provided at the top of the Subscription page for easy reference.
The free trial period includes unlimited access to all LyncPOS features, no credit card required.
Base Plan
When your 30-Day Free Trial is complete, you will have the option of signing up for a Base Plan subscription to continue your access to the platform. You can learn more about Base Plan pricing and features here.
Add-Ons
Base Plan subscribers can also purchase additional add-on integrations (“Add-Ons”) to further customize and enhance the LyncPOS experience. There are currently three add-on integrations available: VidaPay, Square, and API Access — with several more to come in the near future!
Billing #
The Billing section of your account allows you to add and edit your payment methods.
Simply click the “Add payment method” button to add your credit card on file for future subscription payments.
Reminder: you will need to add a payment method after your free trial has ended.
